I take a lot of care when shipping your order. Cookies are bubble wrapped and wrapped again. Nestled in a bakery box within a shipping box. On rare occasions, a cookie may arrive broken, for this reason, I will pack a few extra. Unfortunately, I cannot control how packages are handled in transit, so we cannot guarantee cookies against breakage.
Once order is received and payment is confirmed, your cookies will be fresh baked and shipped as soon as possible.
